I ♥ Cocktails

The thing I love about the holidays are warm alcoholic drinks. I really despise egg nog, but I love hot spiced apple ciders and hot chocolate (with peppermint schnapps). A few warm winter drink recipes to try:

Mint Hot Chocolate

• 1 shot peppermint schnapps
• 1 c. hot chocolate

Cookies and Hot Chocolate

• 1/3 shot Bailey’s
• 1/3 shot butterscotch schnapps
• 1/3 shot cinnamon schnapps
• 1 c. of hot chocolate

Hot Rum

• 4 oz. rum, into a coffee cup)
• 1 shot of lemon juice
• 1 pinch cinnamon, or a cinnamon stick
• 2 sugar cubes
• (Fill the rest of the coffee cup with hot water)

Tea Toddy

• 1 oz. Bailey’s
• a splash of whiskey
• 1 c. Tea
