A cheese omelet from Spain…not too big on presentation, huh? A lot of the articles I’ve read on the internet relating to food presentation have often mentioned that the Spanish emphasize less on food presentation and are concerned about the actual experience. I can vouch for the beautiful presentations I’ve seen in the States and Asia, but the meals… sometimes sucked. A lot.
