Peanut Butter Cookies

I’ve seen this recipe in several places so I don’t know where it actually originates. Here is the recipe for the easiest peanut butter cookies in the world that you cannot possibly mess up. Ever. Read the recipe after the jump!

• 1 c. peanut butter
• 1 c. granulated sugar
• 1 egg

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Mix the peanut butter and sugar until creamy. Add in the egg. Drop by the teaspoon and bake for about 5-10 minutes. The recipe makes about a dozen cookies.
