Raspberry Crêpes with [Some] Macarons

Something that I want to try but I’m unfamiliar with some of the ingredients:

The recipe is by Thierry Roussilon and the original recipe is in French. I’ve done a quick translation myself even if it might bastardized the French culinary language. I apologize ahead of time. [Edit: Lily corrected me. It’s not coffee sugar but I really hope it exists]

  • 10 cl fresh heavy cream
  • 1 cuil. rosewater
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 20 cl milk
  • Some red food coloring
  • 120 g farine fluide Francine
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g melted butter

For the sauce:

  • 50 cl milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g sugar
  • 60 g de farine fluide Francine
  • 32 raspberries
  • 12 raspberries
