Two years ago, Christopher Brosius held a “tasting” event in his Brooklyn perfume gallery which consisted of scents that smelled like food…so it was like you were tasting an entire menu.
His newer perfume has also attempted smell as a mode of taste: his M#3 November perfume is supposed to smell like pumpkin pie, fallen apples, and bonfire. How fallen apples is different from gathering apples is anyone’s guess. Field trip to Willamsburg!
