Wednesday, 6:00pm. Robbinsdale, Minnesota. Part of the eight course tasting menu at Travail — I don’t think I’ve ever paid so little for this level and quality of food, especially for a tasting menu.

Since there are no reservations here, the lines were already out the door by 5pm. You need to go even if it means waiting. It’s not like you’re waiting for Saturday brunch at Prune :) !
